The double life of the letter Y as consonant and vowel mirrors the doubling of feminine identity. Divisions between masculine/feminine, funny/disturbing, and form/formless are addressed through language, material, and environment. The viewer winds through a pseudo maze of precarious objects and becomes both a participant in and a spectator of the work.
